That's kind of what I thought, at first, too. 'Heavy into Double Negative Territory, but . . .?'

Oh, well, That means I'll have to keep listening.
Hard job, but somebody has to do it! :D

    Had another listen last night.

    Could the Pantaloon line be:

"Pantaloon's a dotard, and sometimes drools
Never caught with nothing but cash and jewels"?

    Kind of sounds like

    Hi Boss :D

How was the West Coast? You didn't get seduced by the Evils of Hollywood, did ya?

Assuming your back home and comfy, have you chanced to have a listen to 'Good Girl, Bad Girl' yet?

Not to put pressure on ya, or be insistently obnoxious, but I'm still puzzled.

To refresh the memeory, the puzzling parts are:
Do your best, God knows you do
But Columbine, he don’t appreciate you
(You ride some ’round your rainy night
Historical and you own the bike)
But you won’t ride it, will you, little girl?
    You won’t ride your bike
The () are lines I can't make out

    and

Pantaloon’s a dotard, and sometimes drools
    ???nothing but cash and jewels
Cocktails full of (a million young farts)
Playing all sorts of heroic parts
But they won’t work out, will they, little girl?

Previously you said the 'jewels' line was "pockets stuffed with nothing but cash and jewels." That sounds close, but not quite right to me.

    Much thanks, again :D :D
Working...
