    Yes, in the first photo he seems quite like Yyrkoon. But not in all the others. And I must add, when I saw The Legendary Journeys, he didn't seem any yyrkoonish to me.

    The perfect candidate for Yyrkoon

    Well, his name is Stelios Yiakmis, and I've seen him in a guest apperance in "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" as king Creon [from their adaptation for Antigone, 99'] and he left quite an impression on me both acting and apperance wise.
