Elric and Needle Guns

A question that has me wondering: Do needle guns appear in the Elric series?

It's been a while since I've read the books, and I don't remember. Jerry Cornelius uses one, but I don't recall that Elric did, or that they existed in his Multiverse.

And, what with Hawkwind's 'Needle Gun' on The Chronicle of the Black Sword and Live Chronicles . . . greast song, but still . . .

No needle guns in the Elric series. Elric's world is lo-tech- its all swords and spell slinging.

That's what I was thinking, it was strictly D&D like, but I couldn't remember exactly, and maybe Arioch was doing some tinkering . . .
