              Congratulations :!:
The cat spread its wings and flew high into the air, hovering to keep pace with them as they moved cautiously toward the city. Then, as they climbed over the rubble of what had once been a gateway and began to make their way through piles of weed-grown masonry, the cat flew to the squat building with the yellow dome upon its roof. It flew twice around the dome and then came back to settle on Jhary's shoulder. - The King of the Swords

When they had advanced together to meet on common
ground, then there was the clash of shields, of spears
and the fury of men cased in bronze; bossed shields met
each other and the din rose loud. Then there were
mingled the groaning and the crowing of men killed and
killing, and the ground ran with blood.

And you never know, he might be the next incarnation of the EC ...!

Congratulations! And my admiration to your wife for a drug-free birth (I know if it were me I'd be crying like a baby long before the baby did).

I assume you're planning to let us name the child via a poll? That would be the democratic, United Statesian thing to do! (My vote is for "Cornelius")

Congrats!Have you started educating him in the way of Moorcock. Subliminal messaging is the best way. Just flash Stormbringer and Hawkmoon at him and see what emerges over time.

I opt for "Manfred" like the Bek chap. He can also become a daring pilot with that name. Cornelius reminds me too much of the pachyderm uncle of "Babar the Elephant"

Don't shoot me, Michael, for this chain of associations ...

"Cornelius, the oldest and wisest elephant in Celesteville, takes his job as Babar’s chief advisor very seriously, whether accompanying Babar on state visits or organizing the numerous Celesteville parades. When not working, Cornelius can often be found relaxing in a field with his butterfly net. "
