Welcome to Moorcock's Miscellany

Dear reader,

Many people have given their valuable time to create a website for the pleasure of posing questions to Michael Moorcock, meeting people from around the world, and mining the site for information. Please follow one of the links above to learn more about the site.

Thank you,

Rest assured that no one is competent enough to efficiently use your data as a detriment against you. To quote Alan Moore "the world is rudderless" there are no evil overseers controlling the workings of the entire world, lurking in shadows behind sealed oak doors, most people don't have the ability to manage their own chequebooks, let alone the lives of others on a grand scale. The biggest evil you face from google and facebook is targeted advertising, in the scheme of things in the world, there are far far harsher realities out there. If you're lucky enough to live on northwestern side of the world, you've won the sperm lottery and have more food on your plate than 80% of the rest of the world.

Yet another follow-up to my original post (again, U.S.-centric):

Cops might finally need a warrant to read your Gmail
