"from the creators of south park"

I am counting down the days 'till this one comes out :-)

This one does look pretty funny. It kinda reminds me of that old show thunderbirds, except on crack.

Just saw the trailer last night. Looks... interesting. I do like the secondary title "World Police." I suspect much of the world sees the US as just that.

BoingBoing posted a review of Team America: World Police on Saturday:

              http://www.boingboing.net/2004/10/02...a_preview.html

"The titular flag-waving force battles terrorism so ham-fistedly, they often end up destroying more of the world than the bad guys they're out to neutralize."

              Hmmmm, you don't say...

That's ridiculous, why are censors always more disturbed by sex than violence? Don't they ever get any or something?

Trey parker was right to describe this as like kids bouncing their barbie dolls on top of Ken.

After all "action" man was no good, his pants didn't even come off!

Yeah, and he had riduculous "chat-up lines" like:

"Advance in single file!" and "What's the password?"

Nevertheless the Sindy's and Barbie's swooned, there's always a shortage of male dolls.

I liked the bit in that article where they commented that you could see the hinges on their knees.... phwoar!

I've always wondered about that myself. I mean theoretically you eventually want your kids having sex (when they are old enough), but you would want them to avoid violence whenever possible.
