  • Poem: October Remedy Me

    October
    Remedies for the common leaf
paint your soul red for once and leap
bless the sun and bless the rain
even the numb tingled wind that conspires against me.

I will have you know that in these forests of doubt,
    scattered with hopeless daylight
I can hear red trees and I think they’re looking after me.

    October remedy me.
