    Don't know if this is the actual original track, but close enough.
    I can remember one of the Hawkwind programmes with a story of the crew returning to Earth and playing Third Stone from the Sun. Jimi can be very sci-fi at times. It's like sci-fi rock was a thing waiting to happen. It's more obvious than horror rock which took off a lot more rapidly once someone got the idea.
