Mike,
First off... Happy Birthday!!!
Second, I would like to ask you a question, but first I must express the enjoyment I have received over the last 20 years by reading your books. The great tales you have spun in the worlds of Elric, Corum, Jerry Cornelius, Hawkmoon have enthralled me for many hours, and I must thank you.
I have to ask your opinion... do you have any objections to individuals transforming your writings to film? I would like to ask your permission to start putting your Jerry Cornelius books to video, starting with a remake of "The Final Programme"... only done correctly this time, virtually using your books as a script, however making minor changes along the way (ie: I have a very small budget (I can hardly afford a Rolls, unfortunately), and making the setting a bit more 21st century). Of course after that I would create the following books in a similar manner. I have been doing up storyboards for The Final Programme for a while now.
I thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon
