Your Tom Strong project is a pirate story ? Oh, I wish I could have drawn that! I am really looking forward to your T.S. story, is it a one-shot?
Glad you are working with Ordway, seems like a great guy and he is such a solid storyteller. And I am happy to hear you are having fun with it, that's the most important thing. As for the bootleg Elric stuff, I have seen two others and have been trying to track them down in my spare time. It is funny that it takes a Hollywood blockbuster to convince the audience and the publishers of the validity of a good old pirate yarn. I mean, who doesn't love pirates?

It's a two-parter. First part is done. Second part will now have to wait until I get back from my trip. Yes, Ordway's a very talented artist. I'm looking forward to what he comes up with. Yo ho ho and a bottle of rum,
      me hearties.

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his pants. The bartender
says "hey, you've got a steering wheel in your pants", the pirate replies
              "yarrrrr, it's driving me nuts".

                I got a ''chupacabra''
and a ''kandaharian demon'' super-scuplty from him.
                He does great work,
the only problem is the casting:>(

The casters want around $500.00 for the first mold
and there's no guarantee it won't break.
Most sculptures have to be cut up into pour-able sections.

Thanks for the info young master Dyvim. Really sound work.
I will have to contact him. Concerning casting, it may be possible to do it yourself. it is not easy yet if you have solid information on products and process, it can be done. i have not done casting lately but i will try to find some reliable links for you if you wish. It is like everything else, knowledge is more than half the battle.

How much do pirates pay for earrings?

                          a buck-an-ear

                          I wasn't goin go there,
but pirate jokes be a bit scarce.

                          Here's a ton of drummer jokes~:

It takes alot of practice, technique and pre-planning
to properly pour a resin mold, but
I need to let someone try it, cause it aint right
letting em turn to dust in a bubble wrap tomb.

Let me know if you want me to forward
an email to Ring. I don't think his e-address is posted on his site.

                                Hey Dyvim,
Here are some small scans from my agent's site, [hope you can see them] Not really any designs but sequential illustration. I am designing a personal site which will be up in two months or so. I am currently working on a story involving World War 2 as well as some really wild Elric work [it has set my brain on fire] which will be my first featured work on the new site. I can be contacted through the following site.
Take a peek, let me know what ya think.
Go to art gallery, then to illustration, a guy named Ed and click each scan to view.
                                Thanks again for the help.
