I am the producer of the first zombie musical (Z: a zombie musical - azombiemusical.com) filmed in austin tx. the writer/director of the film, John McLean, used to work with Michael at Origin. John has written a wonderful book based on the true story of Nellie Bly's trip around the world and would love to communicate with Michael about it. we also have a private screening of Z on jan 13 which we would like to invite Michael to attend. the film was accepted in the austin film festival but a hard drive crash as john finished editing it bollixed that. the film is fully recovered & we hope will be at sxsw & other festivals.

My neuropathy has been bad of late and it actually hurts to type much of the time. Thus I haven't been able to stay in contact here as much as usual.
Along with doing the new Elric editions, travelling and family duties I've been a lot busier than usual...

Thanks, Ad. Knowing my dictation style you'd probably get more UMs than sense, but it will certainly be useful should my neuropathy become permanently, rather than intermittently, uncontrollable! I'm using a couple of
patches and rather less pain medication than Hugh Laurie as 'House'... He's the character I most identify with, at the moment!

I've written several books in bed, including the last Hawkmoon book -- I was also recovering from results of a severe reaction to a smallpox jab. I usually did it for the same reasons -- being sick and being late for a deadline.
