  • Question: Black Corridor Live

I may be doing the "Black Corridor" intro to Space is Deep for Niagara Falls (Canada) based cover band Space Rock Manifesto.

How do I give it the real "Michael Moorcock" vibe?
I will obviously be using the Space Ritual for pace and intonation.... but what should I be doing performance-wise?

Fun suggestions accepted...and we'll keep you posted on gig dates and times.

    Cheers!

Do it crooner style... with your eyes closed
    forum

    1. a meeting or assembly for the open discussion of subjects of public interest
    2. a medium for open discussion, such as a magazine
    3. a public meeting place for open discussion

Ah my favourite MM intro Des....and great choice of track to do it to!

You should do it like that Peter Cook bit in Bedazzled, you know the "you fill me with inertia" bit,but in a cape with pink brogues on!

        Thanks guys!

I was wondering if Mike can remember how he performed it, or if anyone can point me to video/film/pics?

I certainly can't do the great beard!

Des, if my memory serves there aren't any recordings or video of Mike doing that piece, at least not any that have been released to the public. Pics maybe.

Any pics or anything would be helpful at this point. Still a few months off from this happening, though.
