    If you like good writing and intelligent ideas -- Harrison's your man.
    I prefer his non-sf and fantasy work personally, but you'll always get a superior piece of fiction from MJH, no matter what form he chooses.

    This is from the SF Site, and it is a review by Jeff Vandermeer of M John Harrison's novel "Light". I haven't read the novel yet, but after this review, I am going to pick it up as soon as I can.
