What are the chances that a publisher would issue a collection of interviews and miscellaneous writings. MM is an entertaining interviewee and there are a lot that could be collected in book form, along with various non-fiction articles that have appeared all over the place. It would be nice to pull them together and publish them in one volume, maybe with additional comments on them from today's perspective.
