The Cacophone

Second 'Perindeus' issue
Co-edited with James Cawthorn
UK fanzine Cacophone, 1959 fanzine by MM and James Cawthorn ('who drew all the pictures and supplied a lot of the ideas', it says on the cover). 10 pages, comprising material 'originally designed for magazines like TYPO, AVILION, RAMBLER etc, which Time has forced me to neglect.' The longest item is 'An Evening At The Globe', a Damon Runyon parody intended for TYPO in 1957 and which was a follow-up to Mike's earlier Runyon send-up 'The Huckster's Delusion' which appeared in Bill Harry's Biped, also in 1957.
