Mornington Crescent Round 8
Who goes first?

Mornington Crescent.
___________________________________________________________________________
_"He drifted through infinite jungles. Brightly coloured jungles in which vast, grotesque birds flew, obscuring the sky. The birds turned on him, their huge beaks wide. Lions prowled, their bodies green and their manes orange, turning into blindingly bright, abstract patterns that were no less terrifying.
_For an eternity Allard was alone in an icy limbo where all the colours were bright and sharp and comfortless.
_For another eternity Allard swam through seas without end, all green and cool and deep, where distorted creatures drifted, sometimes attacking him.
_And then, at last, he had reached the real world – the world he had created, where he was God and could create or destroy whatever he wished.
_He was supremely powerful. He told planets to destroy themselves, and they did. He created suns. Beautiful women flocked to be his. Of all men, he was the mightiest. Of all gods, he was the greatest."

Well I guess it's congrats to Tales and David. A Dollis-Reversal and a classic Brooke-Taylor in one day. I think we should call a moratorium on the Brooke-Taylor gambit for the remainder of the season however, or we're going to have some very short games.
Now, who's for Round 9?

I believe what David is saying is that he wants to play this game in reverse.
David has in fact won the game fairly and squarely, but we still have to play out the game in reverse until we arrive at the station that was actually played first.
Oxford Street
PS
I have to admit that I have never actually won a game of Mornington Crescent in my life, so I was very chuffed indeed to win that last game, magic number 7 to boot.

He's right, you know.
It's that darned temporal loop* again.
* Not to be confused with the 'Temple Loop' just outside of Temple station.

Well, then, for the record, what was the first station that will be played? Put another way, how will we know when the game start has ended?
